1. What I support people with:
I help people reconnect with themselves, shift unhelpful patterns, and become the best version of who they want to be. I work especially well with those feeling stuck in mindset or motivation and looking for real, lasting change.

-BSc in Psychology
-MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience
-MSc in Advanced Psychological Wellbeing Practice.

Currently, I work as a Senior Therapist within the NHS. I have over three years of experience specialising in anxiety and depression, as well as working with long-term physical health conditions. In addition to my clinical background, I have recently qualified as a certified Mindset Coach, expanding my practice to support individuals in building resilience, confidence, and personal growth beyond traditional therapy.

I’m pretty chill. My style is calm, supportive, and down-to-earth. I aim to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to move forward in your own way.
