If you’ve been second-guessing yourself more than usual lately, there’s usually a reason — and coaching can help you work with that. I work with people who want to regain clarity, self-trust, and momentum — in work, relationships, identity, and big life transitions.
This is for you if you’re navigating things like:
overthinking, second-guessing, and self-criticism that drains your energy
procrastination or avoidance around decisions that matter
boundaries that collapse (or come out too harsh) when you’re stressed
feeling out of place — in a new country, a new role, or a new chapter
feeling like you’re running on low bandwidth lately — and wanting a steadier way to deal with stress and responsibilities
wanting more confidence being seen and heard — in presentations, conversations, and key moments at work or in life
I know what it’s like to rebuild in the middle of a transition — and to question yourself while you’re still inside it. I’ve lived in five countries, changed directions professionally, and became a parent along the way. I’m familiar with the particular pressure that comes with adapting, performing, and holding it together while your identity is being reshaped. (If you’re an academic or research-minded person, you’ll also recognize the way I work: clear thinking, careful language, no theatrics.)
In our sessions, you have a confidential space to think out loud and express yourself freely. We look at the challenges you bring by tracking the patterns underneath them, getting clear on what you want, and turning that into realistic steps you can follow through on in real life.
If this resonates, you’re welcome to reach out. You don’t need a clear goal to begin — we can start wherever you are and clarify what matters as we go.
