About Me

Since 2010 I started my own coaching business as a somatic and life coach. In my work with clients we dive in the deeper layers, that is touching the connection with the body, mind and soul. Everything you think, feel and experience passes through us as a flow. Sometimes we get stuck on our way and then it’s helpful if we feel safe with someone we trust to help us further on our path.

I am deeply touched and grateful when people have the courage to open up to their vulnerable places. And it’s fulfilling to walk with them on their path and experience how they find back their joy, creativity and trust in life.

You can create the life you want, if you learn to (re)connect with your inside wisdom, which may have been a hidden place for a long time.
