About Me

Hey I’m Niki Corbishley, and I am a leadership and professional development and business coach.

I live near Towcester with my husband and a cocker-spaniel called Oakley and my hobbies include cycling, hiking and running – anything outdoorsy really. I know what it takes to run my own business, be a senior leader and have a healthy work-life balance.

I have been a senior HR partner for over fifteen years and I’ve been involved in some major events including a merger of a company, redundancies, COVID and furlough + many more.

I decided to start my own business when I reached burnout in 2021 and recognised that I wanted to do something where I would be working with my strengths, and haven’t looked back since. I'm now passionate about helping others do the same, so they can grow and excel professionally and achieve their vision and potential.

I’ve worked with over 50 clients including big corporations such as RM Plc, Greene King and Wells & Co. as well as many SME’s who are at start up or growth stage.

I have several qualifications including my Masters in Human Resource Management and I am a Chartered member of the CIPD and an Insights Discovery practitioner, ILM Coaching and Leadership and currently working towards ICF accreditation.

I predominantly work with individuals, but also have the ability to support senior teams within businesses and can split hours between team members accordingly.
