About Me

Hello, I'm Emma and I'm starting a new chapter as a Transformative Coach, all fuelled by my love for helping people grow and thrive, both personally and professionally.

For the past 15 years, I've been supporting people through Business change in corporate and tech environments, tackling all sorts of challenges across different industries. This experience has given me a front-row seat to the hurdles people face in the workplace, especially when it comes to dealing with constant change.

My eyes were opened even wider to the challenges we face both in work and in life, in achieving my MSc in Psychology (business specialisation). My focus on the fascinating connection between feeling like a fraud (aka the imposter phenomenon), burnout and career satisfaction, fuelled my desire to help individuals achieve a successful work-life balance.
