Trained with : Optimus Coach Academy
As a newly qualified coach through Optimus Coach Academy, I am excited to offer coaching sessions as I work toward my ICF accreditation. I specialise in supporting individuals who may feel stretched thin by life’s demands—whether due to caring responsibilities, personal health challenges, neurodivergence, or the pressures of working at full capacity.
I offer a calm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and find clarity. My approach is centred on helping you uncover new insights rather than revisiting familiar narratives. Together, we’ll focus on discovering your next steps, allowing you to move forward with confidence.
I bring a unique perspective shaped by my own lived experience as a caregiver for a family member with mental illness. This has given me a deep understanding of the challenges caregivers face, particularly in maintaining their own self-care while supporting others.
Whether you’re seeking a single session to address a specific issue or wish to explore ways to prioritise your well-being, I’m here to help you navigate your journey.
Let’s work together to help you find balance and move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion.
Who I Work With:
Individuals with a specific issue they’re ready to address, who are committed to self-discovery. If you're prepared to explore and overcome what’s standing in your way, I’d love to support you. Please get in touch and we can arrange a discovery call to find out if we could work together.
I have a particular interest in supporting parents/carers of loved ones with mental illness.
