I am an ICF certified coach with a background spanning corporate programme management and community management. My coaching is informed by psychodynamic thinking - I am completing an MSc in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy at Birkbeck, University of London - which means I pay attention to the patterns underneath the presenting problem, not just the surface.
I currently work in an Addiction Family Support charity, offering one-to-one support and facilitating groups for family members bereaved by a loved one's addiction. This work deepens my understanding of grief, loss, and the complexity of family systems, and informs the attention I bring to coaching clients navigating similar territory.
I work with adults navigating transitions, neurodiversity, and later life. I am a BACP student member and will be fully registered as a psychodynamic counsellor in December 2026.
In October 2026 I will be speaking at TEDxNHS on the psychological dimensions of working with older adults.
