Namaste, I am a Mind-Body Wellness Coach, Reiki Practitioner, Crystal Therapy Healer, and Yoga Sikshasa (Teacher of Yoga). I can help you understand and transform the deep connection between your mind, body, emotions, and energy, so you can reduce daily life stressors, restore balance, and reconnect with who you truly are.

Our lives are so busy now, and daily stressors, if left unchecked, don’t just live in the mind - they imprint themselves in the body. You may notice this as tightness, fatigue, brain fog, gut issues, or a general feeling of “not being yourself.”
This is where mind-body holistic health comes in. Together, we look beneath the surface to understand what your body is communicating to you. Using principles from psychoneuroimmunology, yogic philosophy, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation, we work to restore balance to your life and mind-body, building resilience, and creating a sense of grounded wellbeing that feels natural and sustainable.
I offer two pathways:
Holistic Wellness Coaching
Holistic coaching to untangle what feels heavy, restore inner steadiness, and build strong personal foundations. This pathway focuses on clarity, boundaries, emotional regulation, and practical integration, helping you feel more stable and centred in daily life.
Integrative Energy Coaching
A deeper, embodied pathway combining energy coaching with somatic and subtle energy work. This supports release, alignment, and reconnection at a foundational level – not just understanding change, but experiencing it within the body.
