Hi there, I’m Lizzy, a Mind–Body Wellness Coach specialising in anxiety, stress, and nervous system regulation. I am also a Yoga Sikshasa (Teacher), and trained in Reiki and Crystal Healing.
I help adults understand how stress affects both the mind and the body, and guide them in developing practical tools to support their nervous system and feel more balanced, calm, and empowered in everyday life.
