About Me

I'm a passionate educator, presenter and coach with a deep interest in helping people achieve their goals.

For the past 16 years, I've been working with teams and individuals in the education and media industry as a tutor and mentor, but most recently, also as an NLP coach. After having trained with the co founder of NLP, Dr, Richard Bandler, in 2018, I have been implementing coaching within my existing line of work, and the results have been very rewarding. I've also training in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and have been introducing dynamic tools into my coaching practice, helping to create a tailor made experience for clients.

As a linguist who speaks 5 languages, I have always been fascinated about how language can help rewire the brain whilst creating tangible results from abstract thoughts and concepts. Being a presenter and public speaker, I've also worked with many young people, often delivering workshops on aspects such as wellness, mindfulness and effective memory skills, as well as a host of other areas.

In 2020, just before lockdown, I qualified with a Reiki Master Certification; reiki is a form of energy healing using universal life force energy; not only has this knowledge and practice improved my own life, but it has also led to break-through shifts when working with clients. If clients are interested and open to explore this holistic area of coaching, it's something I would be happy to include in our sessions.

In July 2024, I completed an ICF accredited course with Animas in Transformative coaching & have an array of wider skills to implement in my coaching practice.
