About Me

Hey, I'm Oliver an ADHD and Autism Life Coach. :)

I've trained with International ADHD Coaching Training Centre (iACT). I'm now a Certified ADHD Life Coach (CALC) and I'm a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

I'm an Autistic ADHDer myself, diagnosed at age 7. Expelled from school at 7, I faced various traumas, including mental and physical abuse from family I no longer speak to. Dealing with depression and anxiety for a long time, I was lucky to get the support needed in my 20s to heal. After years in the corporate world, I shifted to coaching. I've seen first-hand the positive effects of coaching on work, education, and personal growth when done right.

I aim to create a safe space for coachees to find answers. Something that is crucial for Neurodivergent individuals.
