In the vast expanse of the coaching world, where genuine wisdom often lies hidden beneath layers of the superficial, my quest led me to Aletheia's Advanced Coaching Program. This journey reflects my commitment to not just navigating but mastering the art of coaching, distinguishing the truly transformative from the ephemeral. With over four years of dedicated experience working with individuals, groups, and leadership teams, I've honed my ability to facilitate deep, meaningful connections and growth.

Life, for me, is an adventure best lived outdoors, engaged in the mindful practices of meditation, movement, and the joy of dance. My eclectic array of hobbies, from martial arts to poetry, has taught me that the essence of being truly alive isn't so much about the activity itself but the presence and intention we bring to it. This philosophy of presence and authenticity underpins my coaching approach, especially in the practice of Relatefulness—a form of relational mindfulness that has become one of my deepest passions. By guiding individuals to connect with their inherent aliveness and express from that core, we uncover the profound truths beneath the stories we tell ourselves.

In my coaching practice, I emphasize the inherent wholeness and value within each of us. The magic unfolds as we delve beneath the surface narratives to reveal the authentic self, fostering a space where transformation isn't just possible—it's inevitable. My role is to accompany you on this journey, offering tools and insights to navigate the path back to your truest self. In my experience, this style of coaching works very well for most people, especially those coming in needing to organize their own inner world. It is for this reason, that my clients with ADHD have experienced some of the most remarkable results.

I have completed my Level 1 training with Aletheia, a 9 month advanced coaching program and have begun taking on full-time clients. I also host some group work for coaches in training where I facilitate community building. I am excited to begin my Level 2 training in April of 2025.
