I help busy people finally get their side hustle or small business idea moving.
If you know what you want to work on but keep struggling to make consistent progress alongside a demanding job, family life or your general to-do list, I offer structured 1:1 and group accountability to help you follow through.
I'm an ICF-accredited coach and senior operations leader with 15 years' experience helping people and projects move forward. I use that experience to support people who want to make consistent progress on something of their own.
The idea isn't the problem. Finding the time and momentum to actually do something with it is.
Maybe you've bought the domain, started a plan in Google docs, spent hours thinking about what it could become.
But when you're already good at getting things done for everyone else, your own idea is sometimes easy to push to next week.
This four-week programme is designed to change that. It's not business coaching so I won't tell you what to launch, how to market it or what your strategy should be.
Instead, we'll get clear on what you want to move forward, turn that into realistic commitments and create regular accountability to help you actually follow through.
-1:1 programme -
We'll start with a focused session to decide what you want to move forward over the next four weeks and set clear, realistic commitments based on the time you actually have.
We'll then meet for short weekly accountability sessions to review what you planned, what actually happened and what's getting in the way. Between sessions, I'll check in with you so your project doesn't slip back to the bottom of the list.
-Group programme-
The group programme follows the same four-week structure with a small group of people who are also building something alongside a busy working life.
Each week, we'll review progress, work through what's getting in the way and make clear commitments for the week ahead.
This isn't a mastermind or networking group, and you won't be expected to advise each other on your businesses. It's a structured space to keep making progress on the thing that's yours.
In four weeks, you might...
Test your idea. Speak to your first potential customers. Build the first version. Put up the landing page. Make your first offer.
You decide where you're going. I'll help you keep moving.
