I'm a London-based global citizen, mum to a little boy, a tech talent acquisition leader, and a transformative, neuro affirming coach.
I firmly believe that change can bring out the best in you.

With over 18 years of experience in talent acquisition within the rapidly evolving tech industry, I am passionate about helping driven executives and professionals who are facing change and uncertainty in their professional or personal lives, and feeling stuck, unsure of how to escape the rabbit hole.
As a neuro affirming coach, I'm supporting neurodivergent professionals to navigate the workplace.

Me

I was brought up, studied, and worked on different continents and countries. This taught me early in life how to respond to change and thrive.

I began my career in the recruitment industry within the fast-moving tech/SAAS sector 18 years ago. By effectively managing change, I became a high achiever in the recruitment agency world and later as a corporate recruiter and people manager leading a talent acquisition practice across EMEA.

I've assisted professionals from graduate to executive level in navigating change and taking the next step in their careers, and I've guided my own teams through uncertain times.

In recent years, I have noticed an increasing number of people feeling unhappy and unfulfilled in their jobs and ultimately in life, often due to a lack of purpose and meaning.

I found myself grappling with overwhelming dilemmas in my own career and felt immense relief when I finally found someone I could trust to discuss things with objectively.
This allowed me to reinvent myself and continue learning in my career.

I decided that I wanted and could help based on my blend of experiences in my personal life and the tech corporate world.

Based on my personal and professional experiences, along with my training at Animas Coaching in transformative coaching, I will guide you step by step to untangle your thoughts and gain the clarity you need to move to a place in your life where you feel at ease and happy.

I tailor my coaching sessions for every individual I work with.

I employ different coaching models based on my intuition, experience and world-class training, alongside with a variety of tools and occasional exercise to support you on your journey.
