About Me

I'm was a senior HR professional for 15 years with a passion for encouraging employees (and friends and family) to own their development and find what makes them content, maybe even happy, in their stage of life.

So much so that I pursued a coaching qualification in 2023, and have now resigned from HR to follow a bigger challenge of becoming a psychotherapist. I've just finished my 1st year of university and will graduate in 2029. My personal development has been unchartered and fulfilling.

I'm mid-forties, child-free, adventure-loving and overall pretty content - sometimes happy and sometimes challenged :)

It has been a while since I last coached so I'm offering free sessions for a little while until I'm fully back in the seat. I am fully insured to offer coaching and a contract will be provided.
