About Me

Hi, my name is Atuora, and I help busy, professional women take control of their lives. As a life and mindset coach and medical doctor, I understand how challenging it can be to balance work and personal time and have seen first hand the toll that stress and overwhelm can take on our health and well-being. That's why I am dedicated to helping my clients prioritize their health and personal goals while also achieving success in their professional lives.

Through personalized coaching and guidance, I help my clients achieve their goals and live their best lives.

I hold an ICF accredited Life Coaching and Personal Development Diploma (Distinction), an ILM Level 3 Award in Effective Coaching and I am currently undertaking a Mindset Coach Certification and a Diploma in Health Coaching. Lived experience and my professional qualifications have given me the right tools, techniques and modalities to help people make lasting transformations.
