Hi! I'm Catrin, a certified strengths-focused coach specialising in working with creative, divergent thinkers. I trained at The ADD Coach Academy, an ICF and PAAC accredited programme.
I offer life coaching with a specialist ADHD focus, assisting clients to create structures and strategies for success and fulfilment tailored to their unique brain wiring. While acknowledging the challenges ADHD can bring, I use a strength-focused approach, encouraging clients to develop a positive mindset and take meaningful steps towards developing self-knowledge, self-confidence and self-love.
As a person with ADHD myself, I know first-hand the joys and the struggles that come with the neurodivergent experience. Since receiving my diagnosis in 2021, I have made it my mission to find out all that I can about ADHD brains: our strengths, challenges, neurobiology, and finding out how to work WITH, rather than battle, our unique brain wiring. I’m here to help others to do the same, to share the amazing things that I have learned, and to shine a light on what it means to be a divergent thinker.
In addition to my work as a coach, I have over a decade’s experience as a professional classical singer, which has provided me with amazing insight into the creative and performing industries, as well as a real knack for getting to know people.
I am offering one free 45-minute sessions plus a free 20-minute discovery chat so we can get to know each other a little before working together.
***I can meet clients face-to-face, on the phone or on video call, so no matter where in the world you're based, I'm sure we can find a time and a platform to connect***
*Do you have loads of amazing ideas, but find that they run away from you the moment you try to capture them?
*Do you feel frustrated, knowing that you have so much potential yet you struggle to harness it?
*Do you struggle with knowing how to use your free time, unable to switch off from work, unable to account for where your time has gone?
*Do you struggle to spend time on hobbies, partly because you struggle to remember what it is that you actually enjoy?
*Do you struggle to maintain connections with your loved ones, finding your social battery drained easily?
These are some of the struggles that we face as part of the ADHD experience. We are truly capable of so much, but our brain mechanics can sometimes leave us feeling as though we are spinning out of control, or else never even getting off the starting blocks.
As an ADHD Coach, I work with amazing neurodivergent brains to help you get where you need to go, aligning your goals with passion and purpose. You don’t need to have an ADHD diagnosis to work with me – if you’re a passionate, creative person who identifies with any of the struggles above, I would love to work alongside you to help you create a positive change you want to see in your life.
I welcome all people of any ethnicity, gender, identity, orientation, and cultural background. The whole of you is welcome here.
