Over the last twenty something years in London, my professional passion was in management and property development.
However, during the course of the last few years it was finally divided between the latter and my other life-long passion for psychology and transformative coaching.
In 2020 I realised that my second passion prevails and makes our world a little happier while working together with every client of mine on and through their challenges.
Having been through adversity in my own life, I was always persistent in confronting the big questions. Through reading, coaching and understanding myself, I found my way...
Initially self-taught, having attended numerous psychology seminars and workshops, I am now walking the professional path in Transformative Life Coaching.
In 2022 I completed level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills. And I am currently completing a degree in psychology and counselling.
To be recognised professionally, I have been trained and Certified by Animas Centre for Coaching with the Accredited Diploma in Transformative Coaching. In addition to being a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
I abide by the ethics of the International Coaching Federation.
It is the principal of coaching that dictates who would benefit from the coaching sessions.
There are “Big issues” and “Small challenges” that we all face in our every-day lives.
For most of them we are well prepared and others - just make our life "difficult".
No matter what we try, those “annoying ones” don’t want to get resolved and drag on, wasting our time and energy for seemingly no reason.
That’s the first sign, when we should start looking for support from coaching to understand why this particular challenge is hard to tackle.
The feeling of being “stuck” is one that stops us from moving forward and achieving the goals that we have planned and desire.
And the earlier we look deeper into those challenges the sooner we can overtake them to move along towards our goals and be... happier.
