Hello! I am Maurizio, nice to meet you!
I have been a Certified Coach since December 2022, and I have been coaching people since then, while deepening my studies and refining my coaching style.
I’ve actually always been fascinated by inherent psychological themes, and it was in 2020 when I finally decided to take a step forward! This led me to the wonderful world of Coaching and closer to my true self.
Coaching has also helped me in many and different ways, and I am grateful for that.
Since I am also a musician, I offer my Coaching to Artists and Musicians too, with a tailored programme based on their needs.
Coaching is tailored to the individual.
I like to combine pure coaching with specific coaching tools, mindfulness (I've got a Certificate in Mindfulness Facilitator) to increase awareness and comprehension of yourself, be aware of your thoughts, emotions, and your related behaviors.
I work with people who want to examine the most significant connection of all - the relationship with yourself - on which the quality of our life depends, as well as the quality of all other relationships in our life. For this reason, enhancing our relationship with ourself may have a profoundly transformative effect both in our inner and outer world.
As mentioned above, we will use pure Coaching along with specific coaching tools (if needed) to help you gain (or improve) awareness around yourself and your relationships, distance yourself from some limiting beliefs, manage your emotions, take action, elaborate and action plan, and more.
