Coaching has always been a large part of my day to day working life, It's something I enjoy and find very rewarding. It is literally all I do.
I've worked in retail management for 23 years. Running businesses with annual turnovers from £1M-£13M. I have also managed teams from 20-150 colleagues.
So what changed? Last year I was looking for a new challenge professionally. Having only ever worked in retail management, I decided to take a key part of my job which I love the most (coaching) and chose to create a platform that would allow me to support and share my experiences with others.
