I am a certified Health and Wellness coach. I believe that creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, will facilitate connection to the self through discovery of the energy, vivacity and possibilities that exist within. I will be a healing presence in your life. During our sessions, I will ask you simple, intuitive questions, as we work together to clear away the cobwebs, tame the negative demons and create new ways of thinking to propel you towards your goals. I ask you to bring honesty, curiosity, compassion, tolerance and accountability to our encounters. The “aha” moments of self-discovery in our sessions will create enlightenment and insight into how you have the power within to create the sustainable changes that you seek.
My journey towards coaching began when I was dealing with chronic hip pain and was shuffling unsuccessfully between doctors and MRIs. I decided that studying coaching would benefit my life and my health, and that I would be able to share these benefits with other people through the art of coaching. I have learned that the brain can be reprogrammed and new neural pathways created that can help us to live full and beautiful lives. This new way of thinking can aid in coping with chronic pain, facing life changes with positivity and being a proactive agent of transformation in one's personal life story. I understand that in order to heal and thrive, we must have a holistic approach to the mind/body connection.
