Hello — I'm Giuseppe Leonello, a certified career and executive coach trained with The Coaching Academy in London.

I spent over 10 years in consulting and investment banking. On paper, everything looked great. Privately? I kept wondering if I was on the right path at all.

I've changed roles, industries, and countries (Italy, Spain, UK), so I know first-hand how confusing and lonely a career transition can feel — especially when everyone around you thinks you're "doing well."
