Utilizing both brain-based and body awareness techniques, we will work to re-pattern, re-imagine, and re-invent new and more inclusive ways to not only exist, but to THRIVE in an ever-changing world.
My work is based in the realization that human beings have an innate ability to restore self-regulation, and from chaos return to a sense of aliveness, relaxation and wholeness.
I hold a powerful, yet compassionate, space for you to show up AS YOU ARE and together we will cultivate a fertile ground on which you will explore and experience a more capable, confident, well-grounded, and well-resourced SELF.
As a Life Coach, Mindfulness Coach, and Integrative Somatic Practitioner of over 12 years, I take a present-centered approach to dealing with trauma, drama, life transition and over-all stress to achieve mind/body relationship. I incorporate elements of Hakomi Method, life coaching, Inner Relationship Focusing, attachment and trauma therapy, EMDR and BLS; body and sensory awareness, movement, expressive arts, compassionate dialogue, breath-work and mindfulness.
I am Certified through the AIP (Assoc. of Integrative Psychology) and a member of USABP (United States Association of Body Centered Psychotherapy).
I specialize in working with people who are dealing with minor and major life transition; have attachment and relationship issues, states of apathy and confusion, and/or anxiety; as well as, process work for self discovery/re-creation of self/Individuation, and shadow or child state work, Somatic EMDR and BLS (Bi-lateral Stimulation) — I have a ‘sex-positive’ attitude and have experience working with persons of alternative lifestyle communities (ie. gay, fetish, poly, etc.)
