Then let's take a moment and become conscious on how to use our time wisely, because everything we do revolves around time, consciously or unconsciously.
When you actively plan and manage your time with an agenda or a to-do list, you'll get more things done and feel much more productive at the end of the day.
Similary, when you let life just happen to you, you'll feel like you've got no time for anything and at the end of the day you'll not have the most important things done which then can make you feel more anxious and continue procrastinating.
Nowdays we spend so much time on social media, Netflix and many other things that are not getting you to where you want to be. Yet when you manage your time wisely, you definately have the time for the things that are more important.
To manage you time better, set your priorities and get them done the same day or act on them in some way. Making a to-do list doesn't necessarily mean that you have to check off everything on it, however, get the priorities done! Also, when you take care of the priorities, the rest of the tasks become very easy to get done too.
Everyone has 24 hours a day, but those who use it consciously get the most out of their day and their lives. Ask yourself if what you're doing with your time is helping you get to where you want to be or not.
