In her current instructional design role, Dr. Sherrell-Davis leads the development of training programs for thousands of professionals. Her work is focused on improving how people perform in their roles. Her leadership has earned notable recognition. She was named Executive of the Year by the California Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation Executive of the Year in 2020. She completed her advanced coaching certification in 2024.
