Maybe you’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, tried the journaling thing. All of it can help (and I’ve done loads of it myself!). But sometimes you reach a point where you want something a bit different.

Something that feels more you.

Transformative coaching isn’t about looking backwards - it’s about the present, and what’s possible next. It’s a space where you can pause, zoom out, and gently dig into what’s going on under the surface. You get time to think out loud, explore what’s driving you, and notice patterns that are shaping your choices - sometimes without you realising it.

It’s not about being told what to do. And it’s not about staying stuck in your own loop, either. It’s a partnership. You talk, I listen (like, really listen), and I ask the kind of questions that help you hear yourself more clearly. Occasionally I’ll jump in to bring us back to what you want from the session, or reflect something I’m noticing. But mostly, it’s about giving you the space to think in a way you don’t normally get to.

So, what actually happens in a session?
We chat. Really chat.

You show up exactly as you are, and we take it from there. You can bring whatever’s on your mind - something that feels tangled, exciting, confusing, or just persistent, and we explore it together.

I’m not here to judge or analyse. I’m here to hold the space, be curious with you, and support you to figure things out in your own way. That might mean noticing a belief that’s been running the show behind the scenes. It might mean reconnecting with your values. It might mean getting really clear on what you actually want, underneath all the shoulds.

Some sessions feel light and energising. Others are more reflective, like you’ve untied a knot you didn’t realise was there. You might leave with a big realisation. Or just a sense of calm from giving your mind some breathing room.


What it’s done for me
Coaching gave me space to explore me - to question the way I think, get curious about my patterns, and understand myself more deeply. It helped me notice which thoughts were truly mine, and which were old stories I’d accidentally been carrying around.

Over time, it helped me become more authentically Viki. And that’s exactly what made me want to offer this work to others - to help people become more like themselves.

What it could do for you
You don’t need a life crisis to try coaching. Maybe things are ticking along okay, but you’re feeling a bit... off. A bit stuck. Like your brain’s full of tabs and you’re not sure which one to click on next.

Some of the things people bring to sessions include:

- Wanting to get things done but somehow not doing them (hello, procrastination)
- Feeling a bit flat or unmotivated and not sure why
- Wobbles in confidence - especially around performing, creating, or putting yourself out there
- That sneaky voice of imposter syndrome whispering “who do you think you are?”
- Wanting more from life, but not quite sure what that looks like yet
- Noticing you keep reacting to things in the same way - and wanting to understand why

And sometimes it’s something very specific:

- You’re thinking about changing jobs, but also wondering if you’re just bored
- You want to rest more… but somehow keep filling your calendar
- You’re trying to figure out what’s actually important to you right now

Coaching gives you space to pause, explore what’s really going on underneath, and move forward in a way that feels true to you.
