About Me

You’re a heart-led changemaker ready to overcome the blocks in your life and reach your potential, that’s what I’m here for!

My name is Gemma and I am a transformative coach, trainer and facilitator on a mission. When people work with me 1 to 1 they experience major a-ha moments, grow and live more intentionally… which makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

I had the pleasure of joining a youth leadership course in my teens which gave me the personal development bug. Since then I got a first class degree in psychology, trained as a teacher, coach and have been running a business since 2014 delivering training and coaching services to people who want to live their lives more intentionally.

DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
- You feel stuck in your situation. You’ve got yourself into a pattern of routines, decisions and work that isn’t truly YOU.
- You feel like life is just happening to you; you are so busy getting through each day that there’s no time to think about what you really want
- You have a fog of ideas and plans that you can’t seem to organise and so they feel overwhelming.
- You know where you want to go, but things or negative thoughts seem to hold you back from creating the life you want.

If this sounds like you, then the real question is; do you carry on that way, or make a bold decision to do things differently?

By investing in your own growth through coaching, all of this is possible for you:

- You are confident and clear in who you are and what matters to you.
- You set ambitious goals with passion and purpose.
- You use your time mindfully and effectively
- You love yourself and have unshakeable belief in what you can do, if you put your mind to it.
- You exude energy, feel lighter and have unwavering determination to make things happen

WORKING WITH ME

It’s time for you to have a non-judgemental and open space to come as you are – with whatever challenges, hopes or changes you want to explore. I understand and appreciate that you are a whole person and that your family, identity, mind, spirit and body are all linked when it comes to making a meaningful change.

We will work in partnership to identify what you want to get out of coaching, explore your topic and draw it together into actions that you can take away into your life. Sometimes you’ll realise that one issue leads to another or your priorities change – that’s normal and welcome. I will coach you as the complex, beautiful and evolving human being that you are.

Coaching IS for you if…

- You are keen to make a positive change in your life
- You are willing to get reflective and explore possibilities
- You are ready to challenge your old thinking and behaviours
- You are excited to learn new ways of being
- You are committed to working on the life you want

Most of my coaching is delivered online in 60 minute sessions. I would also be available for in person coaching in the Sheffield area.

“I found the coaching process useful, insightful, practical and fun. I felt guided and supported and I found methods easy and instantly beneficial. My biggest ah-ha moment was that I am master of my own fate, lots of the positive events that happened in my life were events that I created, and if I want a certain life or to be a certain person I can start now! As a coach, Gemma is helpful, knowledgeable, patient and has the best intentions to help you improve your own life in areas that you would like. She is also incredibly knowledgeable and creative with tools that will help you.”

– David Buxton, Teacher of Chemistry at a Co-ed Secondary school in London

“I got lots of clarity from coaching. I’d been doing so much over thinking; it kept lots of thoughts hidden. We’ve taken each project stream one by one, and that really helped. In my mind, I had seen what I was working on as different things. My biggest a-ha moment was when I realised that two projects I’d been tackling were not exclusive, they were intertwined. Each time I came to a session, I had snippets of clarity. That was the hook that kept bringing me back. Now that things are clear, I have a sense of conviction and it's all about how I develop my plans moving forward.”

- Muna, Programme Leader in the 3rd Sector

“I thought that if I could identify these patterns and what's causing them, and work on it bit by bit - without overwhelming myself - there'll be more energy, there'll be more enthusiasm in my life and of course I'll be more contented with whatever impact that I'm creating. I liked your presence, your listening skills and that your powerful questions offered me the insight I needed. I think when we started, I gave you a tough time, I was everywhere – I used to bring in so many things, and you were very patient and made me choose ONE thing to work on. That really helped me to better focus and narrow down what I needed in that moment. You also gave me that freedom and liberty to choose, instead of deciding for me. All of the conversation was centred upon me and what I want to do.”

– Sagar Gangurde, Programme Director at Seeds of Peace
