Having been diagnosed with ADHD two years ago, everything became clear and through studying yoga/mindfulness for over 10 years it was time for choice point change. I've researched into ADHD symptoms in depth and currently doing a professional accredited course in coaching to hone my existing skills. Please note that the 1 free coaching session is 45 minutes long.
ADHD - The symptoms of ADHD can affect us in many ways and since it is on a spectrum, coaching can be part of a holistic treatment plan to reduce the symptoms. This is the area of specialism along with mindfulness training to give people the techniques to rewrite the story about ADHD and live a fulfilled life.
Sue is a thoughtful, insightful coach that runs her coaching sessions in a very deep and considered way. I got so much out of working with her.

When giving time to reflect and evaluate life's landmarks, it has given me the opportunity to reconsider
actions at that time and place, creating for me a better understanding of my own situation from the past, to the present.
When allowing time to reframe and look at life, though the individual session with you Sue, has given me a better
understanding of the mind, Here and Now.

I came across Celebrating ADHD based on recommendation from a psychotherapist on Harley street
[more]
Explaining to him that I was feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and like I was always a step behind. That together with some traumatic experiences I found myself drifting in to depression but the psychotherapist still thought it be better to try to adress my ADHD firstly.
Being a person that generally feel resistance towards group work this felt very different to me and after 2 weeks I already started relieving a lot of my anxiety. Structures that I recently knew about but might not have adopted properly now are implemented and my days run much smoother which means I have time to do the things I am good at with work.
There is no one solution or quick fix to “emotional imbalance” Me myself have used a combination of therapy, exercise and this course during the last month and Celebrating ADHD is a crucial building block in creating a solid foundation for a stabile life.

The weekly coaching I received really helped to structure my week and become more accountable for myself

The coaching helped
me to identify the unique and individual battles I was experiencing and what my individual priorities were and how to overcome them.
Holding myself accountable to a coach gave me the push and adrenaline I needed to really get going on this and to put the time in to really overcome my ADHD and set good habits for life.

I was in a quandary regarding a life decision and couldn't work out how to proceed
[more]
I had discussed it with family but felt I needed a balanced view from someone who was not close to the situation. I arranged an hour coaching session with Sue who helped me weigh up the pros and cons of various courses of action and I genuinely left the session with a clearer head. As a consequence I made a decision and will now take a course of coaching sessions with Sue to help me along the path I have chosen.

I've been coaching with Sue for abouts 3 weeks now after being diagnosed with ADHD

Sue helps me investigate my actions and how they impact myself, my time, and my environment via group coaching sessions, set tasks/"homework", and 1 to 1 calls. I've also been doing morning mediation sessions via Sue's guidance, and this really does make a difference in my emotional wellbeing.
