Hello there, I’m Poppy and I work collaboratively with my clients to create a safe, non-judgemental and fully confidential space so my clients feel seen, heard and unconditionally supported as they delve into their coaching sessions with me. I work with clients who are feeling a little stuck in life and unsure about the decisions they face whether it's relating to stumbling blocks in their career choice, their next life steps, their creativity or personal relationships. We talk through how to tackle changes, working through confidence blocks and limiting self-beliefs to help understand and clear stagnancy, working through what it is that keeps clients frozen by the decisions they face. Being repeatedly stuck is tough and I know this as have felt it numerous times in the varied jobs I've had, in my creative pursuits and in my personal life, so I work with empathy, understanding and help clients find clarity, empowering them to move forward and kick-start the positive change they want to bring into their lives.
Before we embark on coaching sessions, I would like to have a 20 minute consultation phone call with you, to see how we gel as I find connection and chemistry is key in coaching so you'll get the best out of me and the best out of you.
My clients often come to me as they are at a crossroads, having to make a decision about a matter in their professional or personal lives, or as they feel stuck and want to work out what it is that’s stopping them from moving forward or going in a particular direction.
Change and transitions are hard and unwittingly we often we hold ourselves back from moving forward because it feels safe and easier to stay where we are, however this leaves us feeling stuck and we keep repeating patterns and not understanding why.
I help my clients work out what is going on for them, listen without bias as they explore their thoughts, gain insight and understanding to what is blocking them, and help them work out what feels best for them. I wholeheartedly support my clients as they initiate change in their lives.
As a coach I listen deeply to what my clients say and will identify and may challenge limiting beliefs and fears, so that my clients can create a new narrative for themselves. We may incorporate some exercises into our sessions like mantras for mirror work, heart centring exercises or I may suggest journalling homework, books to read or practises like EFT, however, I am led by the client and will only suggest what feels right and what feels comfortable. In our sessions I can provide support with the following challenges:
