About Me

Having studied Psychology at University, I have always had a passion to understand what makes people tick and empower them to grow and reach their potential.

My studies were mainly focused on behaviour and cognition and understanding how powerful our minds are influencing our behaviour.

I have since completed a course in Play Therapy at the Academy of Play and Child Psychotherapy and a Diploma in Transformational Life Coaching at Animas Centre for Coaching.

As well as this, over the last six years I have worked in marketing, strategy and digital consultancy within Fashion, Beauty and Tech industries. I love the this world, but also understand the challenges it brings and aspects to work through.

I believe what we go through helps define us and enables us to support others. I have experienced and have journeyed through grief, uncertainty, job loss, location changes, parenting and friendship challenges. I would love to support you to grow in whatever area you require.

Specialism

I am emotionally engaged and have a skill in being able to help identify unhealthy thought patterns, behaviours or processing. I focus largely on coaching principles and also may bring in elements of Play Therapy and Counselling where appropriate.

I am looking to gain more hours and experience in order to complete the final steps of my Transformational Life Coaching Diploma.
