Change is inevitable, by using deliberate change we can move so much quicker and end up closer to where we want to be.
As a child I was quite sensitive, which brought me a lot of emotional turmoil. At an early age I used to observe the world around me and try to understand how things work. Humans are one of those "things". How do we work? What make us tick?
My life started falling apart back in 2003 when I had to drop out of university. Inevitably that brought a big shift in my emotions and it made it clear about certain skewed ideas I had about myself and the world. That's where all my training and studying started. I wanted to figure out myself and others.
