They want the confidence to try something new. They want to break the negativity cycle once and for all.

I first came across coaching in 2004 when I was in a job I didn’t enjoy but didn’t know what I wanted to do. Working with a coach I unblocked my thinking and worked out exactly what it was that I wanted to change. Later, I qualified as a coach so I could help other people overcome their self-limiting beliefs and enable them to have their own 'light bulb' moments. Coaching and mindfulness have had profound impacts on me and now I help others take action and make changes to improve their confidence, sense of self-worth and life experience.
