I’m a communications specialist and coach. I help people manage, embrace and communicate change.
For the past 20 years I have worked in Corporate Communications for international organisations, and for the last 7 years, as Communications Director overseeing large teams and working across several countries and cultures. One of the most rewarding aspects of my role over the last few years has been coaching and mentoring people as they take the next step in their careers, face new challenges, or take a step into the unknown.
My career has also seen me work as a Brit within a French organisation, a woman in a very male industry, and an introvert within a culture that values extroversion. It’s meant I’ve become highly aware of how to use the power of communications to re-shape expectations, influence often sceptical audiences, take people on a journey and ultimately to be heard.

I coach individuals through personal change in their career or role – from finding a better work-life balance to clarifying career direction, introducing new styles into leadership or gaining confidence in managing a team and getting comfortable with public speaking. Whatever form the change takes, together we work to get a clear understanding of what is challenging them, and effectively work through it together.
I specialise in Communications and find it particularly rewarding to work with those ‘squeezed’ by change – especially those in middle management who often want to find their own voice at the same time as needing to tell an organisation’s ‘change story’ to their teams. By combining experience and knowledge of Communications and Coaching, I build Comms strategies to help companies tell their Change story and I coach Managers to explain the change in their own words.
