About Me

Want help keeping your personal goals on track during these times of isolation, shutdown and stress?

With so many of us forced to work from home, self-isolating, or simply not being able to access the services and resources we so often take for granted; keeping our personal goals on track can be a real challenge.

This global crisis is bringing out the best in so many people; from heroic efforts to help out our communities, raising a smile by singing opera out over the Italian rooftops, to posts on how to keep children occupied (and parents sane) and ways to stay fit while confined to our homes.

Like so many others, I too have been racking my brains on how I can best help in my own small way and then I hit upon an idea - FREE coaching sessions to help people work on maintaining focus and momentum on their goals, by finding new and creative ways to stay on track and adapt to these trying times.

If you’re anything like me you’ll be feeling anxiety and frustration over how to maintain good habits, stay fit and healthy and work/study effectively from home.

This will be a learning curve for all of us so please if you’re interested in some free coaching (3 free sessions per person) drop me an email

Stay well. Stay focused.

I studied with i-coach academy, London because it was a comprehensive course, which was both academic and highly practical. I was assessed throughout the course and completed a practical exam and final essay in order to qualify, as well as 36 hours of formal coaching.

There so many courses out there, in this currently unregulated industry, that deem you 'qualified' after just a weeks 'training'. I myself did one of these courses initially, and was shocked how little focus there was on the client and how much there was on 'marketing your business'.

You can be confident that my coaching practice is one of integrity and the result of hard work and dedication to delivering the best service to my clients. I take my continued professional development very seriously, as a coach you always have more to learn.
I use a variety of methods in my practice, which are tailored to the needs of each client. There is 'no one size fits all' in my practice, and each programme of coaching will be designed around you, so can expect a programme as unique as you are. You can also expect to have fun! I use a variety of different tasks and exercises to help you tap into and unlock the answers and solutions within you. The experience of coaching is really quite profound; it's incredible how much you can learn about yourself when you step out of the noise and into a coaching space that is entirely focused on you.
