I have a genuine passion for inspiring and pushing people forward to pursue their aspirations. I use specific techniques to help people overcome fears, internal blocks and other obstacles which prevent them from getting what they desire. I combine NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Hypnotherapy techniques along with different coaching tools to help create permanent changes. Seeing great results and how people manage to do what they previously thought were incapable of doing is what drives me to do my best when working with people.
The way I use the techniques is to first identify the true underlying causes of person’s challenges. We then work on clearing out those root causes and establishing new behaviours which empower to create the desired and, most importantly, sustainable results.
It is very common that there is one or several obstacle in one’s behaviour which prevents the person from achieving a goal, become happier, or just make a change in a certain area of life (or overall). Whether there is a fear, lack of confidence, insecurity, undesired habit, or perhaps something else that we are not even consciously aware of – the NLP coaching tools help to identify those obstacles and remove them by establishing right beliefs and behaviours as well as ensuring this positive change is sustainable.
Making the change sustainable is the key. It is normal (and actually very common) to fall back into the old patterns of behaviours which had been created over years, in many cases since young age. These firm routines and habits rest deeply in our unconscious mind. The NLP and Hypnotherapy tools I’m using provide with a way to change those behaviours on the fundamental, subconscious level.
What makes NLP techniques great is that in most cases the result can be seen immediately. The new learnings and the techniques used during the session can be taken home and practiced on your own, ultimately establishing the desired patterns of behaviour and mindset.
