Hi, I'm Polly and I'm an Executive Coach, specialising in Transitions - helping you make sense of big changes in your work life, and understanding how they affect your home life.
With Director, Leadership Team and board-level experience in corporate marketing, communications and general business management, I now run my own coaching business.
Before I started working for myself, I was fortunate to have leadership development myself, including three executive coaches. Over the years, particularly in times of significant change or challenge, I found being coached very helpful.
Each coach had a different approach and had different areas of expertise; I learned much from each of them to help me grow and develop as a leader.
In business, I coached and mentored colleagues and came to realise I loved being able to help people develop and wanted to do this full-time – independently rather than from within a business.
Coaching full time now, my style is wholehearted, whole person, co-creative and collaborative - we are both invested in the process.
Naturally curious, supportive and challenging, my specialist skills are those concerning the process of transition: self-awareness, self-assessment and self-confidence. These help you to better understand your identity and be yourself; uncover your blind spots, build on your strengths to energise yourself; and unlock your potential to build your confidence and live deliberately.
