I help people to overcome fear and anxiety so they can believe in themselves and live with confidence.
I was a pro poker player for 8 years and after lacking purpose and fulfillment I went back to uni to study a masters in psychology and then became a coach. I studied meditation and mindfulness, attended courses on personal development and pushed myself out of my comfort zone.
I now help open minded people change their perceptions using a simple 3 step methodology:
1. Intention - Know what you want and why.
2. Attention - Focus on solutions instead of problems.
3. Awareness - Make the shift from anxiety to confidence.
