About Me

I bring a wide-variety of trainings to give you a complete mind-body experience. When I work with you, I am looking at your entire system (mind-body-emotions) and how it operates. Together we can change limiting beliefs, be with difficult emotions as they pass, and discover what your spirit or soul might be telling you. I am a RYF-500 certified yoga teacher, certified women's sacred arts teacher & trained in the Hakomi method since 2014. I currently assist in the Hakomi Professional Skills training in Los Angeles, CA. I am also a certified coach in the Path of the Heart, specializing in an 8 session "Voice of the Heart" method. After making a leap of faith in 2010, I have had my life revolutionized and lived all over the world studying meditation, yoga and sacred arts. I am passionate in helping people overcome "stuckness", inner and outer hurdles, and change their life into something joyful and radiant.
