I came from musical background, and was studying and experimenting with variety of creative fields, but I could never fully express myself or fulfill my potential and find my life path.
I started my Personal Growth journey 5 years ago when I was suffering from very low self-esteem, procrastination and perfectionism that led me to severe traumatic experiences and PTSD depression. Through the mindfulness, psychotherapy and coaching journey I reconnect to my inner self, embraced my intuition, inner gifts and sense of my life purpose to help others to embrace their potential.
I am a Confidence, Creativity and Career Coach and I work with people who suffer from low self-esteem and lack of clarity on their life path. I help you to connect with your inner voice, intuition and creativity. Together we explore your talents, inner gifts, skills, knowledge, resources and brainstorm how can you use all them in authentic and innovative way.
Through our coaching journey you wake your awareness, self-confidence and get clarity on your bigger Vision, that keeps you motivated to take actions towards your dreams.
We go deeper into your inner blocks, what cause procrastination and excuses not to act on your goals and are changing their psychological impact.
