Welcome to the Limitless Coach! For 20 years I was repeatedly knocked down by different moods related disorders. But every time, by tapping into my Limitless potential, I bounced back. Now that I have fully recovered, I am living the life of my dreams, on my terms, while still learning and growing!
I believe that everyone has the potential to lead a meaningful, enjoyable and productive life. It is my passion and purpose to assist you to use your Limitless untapped potential to become the best version of yourself and live the life of your dreams! I do that authentically, creatively, and with a splash of humour! That's what makes me the Limitless Coach!

My job is to create a safe, warm , non-judgemental atmosphere for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. I will assist you in letting go of your limiting beliefs, so that you can test and adopt more rational ones that serve you, improve your performance, and improve the quality of your life.
If you have a specific goal that you would like to work on, we will set a time limit, break down the plan into clear manageable (flexible) steps with accountability built in, and I will be your cheer leader along the way! I'm your Limitless Coach and the sky is the Limit!
