With over 25 years experience of working with people one-to-one I am a Life Coach supporting people to help them achieve their dreams. I am also a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist and have worked with many clients, mainly women, victims of crime, volunteers and parents.
Now I am focusing on life coaching and I have been coaching for 4 years. I qualified in April 2015. I trained as a Life Coach with the Coaching Academy and also have a certificate in Stress Coaching with the Coach Training Centre, which I passed with distinction.
I work with a range of people, but my experience is especially around supporting women aged over 40.
I specialise in 4 areas. Firstly confidence coaching. Being a very shy person and one who has struggled with confidence myself I know how hard it can be to get out there and achieve the things you want to do. Through confidence coaching I support you to make those changes, a step at a time and go for your dreams.
My well-being coaching covers the aspects of life that are important to you such as diet, exercise, work, money, leisure and home and helps you to discover ways to enhance supporting yourself in these areas and achieve a greater balance in life.
Time management coaching is about helping you to improve your time management skills so that you make the best use of your time and you are more productive.
